Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's technological processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Refine Technology Risk Culture Statement and Positive Risk Behaviour as per needed
- Conduct regular scan to measure/understand the status of Tech Risk Culture (TRC)
- Applying behavioural science, develop various initiatives to improve and maintain a healthy, sustainable TRC
- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of the initiatives, including but not limited to
- Leadership development and organizational optimizations
- Training and capability building
- Risk and control awareness
- Consequence management
- Recognition and rewards
- Communication
- Change management
- Track initiative/program performance and provide progress updates at the governance meetings with stakeholders
- Manage overall programme budget, timeline and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
- Support any adhoc strategic initiatives on people agenda, technology risk culture, if any.
- Provide active guidance and mentorship to the team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience preferably with exposure in Banking and Finance industry and in Technology environment.
- Strong behavioural science capability which includes ability to apply behavioural psychology, nudging techniques and habit formation frameworks to influence technology risk behaviours at scale.
- A track record of delivering large cultural transformational programmes on time and within budget with focus on change management, people and culture transformation.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience in applying frameworks and tools for analysing problems/issues, developing strategies and action plans
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management
- IT savvy, proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.
