A technology retail company in Singapore is seeking individuals to perform basic laptop checks, assist with online sales, and maintain warehouse organization. Candidates should have at least an N/O Level and a basic interest in electronics. This position offers a 5.5-day work week with rotating off days. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Experience in retail or IT support is beneficial but not mandatory.
Perform basic laptop checks (power on, battery, keyboard, screen, ports)
Prepare laptops for display: cleaning, labelling, organizing
Assist with online enquiries (WhatsApp, Carousell, etc.) when required
Handle simple sales transactions
Receive incoming stock and update inventory records
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure products are neatly presented
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Singaporeans and PRs only
Minimum N/O Level or equivalent
Basic interest or knowledge in laptops, computers, or electronics
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
Comfortable doing hands-on tasks (cleaning devices, checking stock)
Experience in retail or IT support
Knowledge of laptop hardware basics
Familiar with Carousell or online marketplaces
5.5-day work week
10am-7pm
Off-day rotation
