Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore seeks an individual to provide administrative support in the HR Group Ops & Technology team. Responsibilities include preparing HR data reports, organizing datasets, developing performance dashboards, and managing office administration. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in HR or related fields and has strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. This role offers a 12-month contract, extendable, with a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR or data-related roles is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytics skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics.
  • Organise HR GSS datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall HR performance.
  • Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings.
  • Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
