Job summary

A property management company in Singapore seeks a responsible and service-oriented Facility Officer/Admin to support daily estate operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in facility operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage schedules and bookings. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, ensuring facility cleanliness and safety, and conducting regular checks. We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Facility Officer / Admin to support daily estate operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to maintain a high standard of safety across the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to residents’ and visitors’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Carry out handover/takeover (HOTO) procedures and report damages or faults.
  • Manage, schedule, and coordinate facility bookings.
  • Update daily reports using Excel and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Conduct routine check of common areas including gym, clubhouse, pools, playgrounds, courts, BBQ pits, etc.
  • Enforce house rules and ensure compliance by residents and visitors.
  • Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and vendors via WhatsApp.
  • Respond to on-site issues promptly and assist in resolving operational matters.
Requirements
  • Preferably with experience in working in facility or condominium operations.
  • Physically fit to perform regular checks on facilities.
  • Able to work Fri, weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
