Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Interior Designer for commercial projects. You will be responsible for space planning, design conceptualization, and managing project coordination from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovation, along with a strong portfolio. A diploma in interior design and proficiency in Google Sketch-up are essential. This role offers a competitive salary of $3.5k - $4.5k plus bonuses.

• Possess portfolio of educational institution spaces related design works.

Responsibilities

• Able to do Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications to clients.

Interior Designer (Commercial Project)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timing: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Near Redhill MRT
Salary: $ 3.5k - $ 4.5k + High Quarterly Commission + Year-End Bonus

Responsibilities

• Able to do Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications to clients
• Consider materials, effects and costs, liaise with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
• Tracks and coordinates project progress from inception to completion

Requirements

• Certification / Diploma in Interior Design
• At least 5 years experience in commercial interior renovation
• Knowledge of Interior Design Software - Google Sketch-up
• Possess portfolio of educational institution spaces related design works
