Job summary
A leading restaurant in Singapore is seeking a kitchen staff member to prepare authentic Japanese dishes while maintaining high hygiene standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory, working with management to develop the menu, and ensuring operational consistency in the kitchen. The position offers a monthly salary of up to $5,000. Candidates should be prepared for a 6-day work week with split shifts, ensuring a dynamic work environment that values quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality.
- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard.
- Manage inventory and order supplies.
- Work closely with management to develop the food menu.
- Ensure compliance of SOPs for operational consistency.
Working Location: East Coast Area
Working Hours: 6-day/week (Split Shift: 10:30am to 2:30pm, 5:30pm to 10:30pm)
Monthly Salary: Up to $5k/month (Negotiable)
