Role Summary: This role involves supporting and expanding the AI strategy, platform, and deliverables at Russell. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and capable of researching, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes aligned with business objectives. This position offers the chance to leverage emerging AI trends and technologies to make a significant impact.

• 2-5 years of programming/AI experience, with knowledge of machine learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R or C# is a plus.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP techniques, and Generative AI applications.
• Experience with web crawling tools such as Selenium and Beautiful Soup.
• Experience working with large datasets for speech, video, and text, including familiarity with Whisper models, speech-to-text, video intelligence, and chatbot frameworks.
• DevOps toolkit experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and financial reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Support and develop Python infrastructure for AI solutions.
• Design and implement speech and video processing models.
• Enhance chatbot capabilities with multimodal AI components.
• Create RAG workflows for AI integration.
• Stay updated with AI research and innovate accordingly.
• Document workflows and models for scalability and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with business units to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications for performance.
• Keep abreast of ethical AI and web scraping principles.
