Were looking for an organised and versatile Finance & Operations Associate (preferably with a finance or investment background) to join Iterative on a 4-month maternity cover contract. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly across investment finance team activities and events ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks during this critical period.

You will report to our Head of Finance & Operations and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to keep our financial and operational backbone strong.

The ideal candidate will be highly responsive efficient proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced ever-changing environment.

• Investment & Deal Execution Support portfolio-related processes including circulating agreements tracking signatures and liaising with fund administrators auditors and external counsel.
• Audit Support Coordinate investment and valuation confirmations and serve as the main point of contact with auditors.
• Finance Management Handle invoice payments expense claims reimbursements and reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Expense Oversight Track and manage team expenses including processing claims reimbursements and preparing reports.
• Event Logistics Plan and coordinate logistics for company-wide programs such as orientations retreats and offsites.
• Operations Support Take on ad hoc tasks and provide cross-functional support to keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly.

Finance & Ops Ready You have prior experience in finance accounting or investment operations or are eager to learn quickly.
