Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all plumbing work complies with safety standards and building codes.
• Inspecting drainage systems and plumbing fixtures to adhere to local regulations.
• Performing maintenance on water tanks as per PUB requirements.
• Collaborating with contractors, construction teams, and electricians to facilitate efficient plumbing operations.
• Preparing and submitting plumbing work submissions to relevant authorities as mandated.
• Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues promptly.
• Keeping accurate records of inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Overseeing project quotations, engineering design, procurement, and execution.
• Conducting site inspections and participating in internal and external meetings.
• Preparing reports, material submittals, and invoices for project handover.
• Coordinating with internal departments, consultants, authorities, vendors, and suppliers.
• Managing work schedules, budgets, safety compliance, and resource allocation on assigned project sites.
• Providing technical support and training to project teams.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Must possess a valid PUB Plumber License.
