Finance Manager

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Following applies to all client’s sites :

Consolidate the Budgets for all the Real Estate country

Prepare Budget review Summary files which needs to include the following:-

YOY financial tracking and reporting

Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation of financial status.

Responsibility for developing the forecast Budget.

Ensure AR are tracked and billed accurately and timely

Ensure AP are tracked and payout with validation of performance

Provide detail spend tracking and analysis of the variances.

Keep and update on R&O for all sites

Other Financial duties

Assist in financial processes to ensure that invoicing are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Track issued purchase order and confirmed GR upon confirmation from respective parties

Prepare finance reporting supports when needed

Schedule a Review with each IWM Managers to provide updates on plan against actual spend.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Client Service satisfaction

Accuracy of financial reports.

Timeliness of report

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

Working in this client facing role, this person would need to have a high level of client focus and ability to foster a healthy working relationship with the client.

Evidence of an emerging ability to further progress to Finance Manager within a realistic time frame based on how well the successful candidate fills the role and opportunities within IFM.
