Job description

A fast-growing player in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic Finance Lead to own the end-to-end finance function for its Singapore business. In this role, you will drive financial planning, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term strategic models, while being hands‑on with core finance operations such as GL, receivables, payables, and taxation. You will also play a key role in redefining SOPs and implementing best practices from HQ to the local level.

You will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, lead annual audits and tax reviews, and manage statutory submissions including GST filings and transfer pricing matters. This is a high‑impact role for a professional who thrives on building processes, driving operational excellence, and contributing directly to business growth.

The ideal candidate is a CA/CPA‑qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 10 years of relevant controllership experience. You should have a proven track record in setting up finance processes and thriving in a fast‑paced, growing organization.
