Job Description & Requirements
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and receipt and insurance team.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance staff which includes setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and provide coaching and mentorship
  • Review work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance and assist with any issues faced by them
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial data is accurate
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors
  • Lead/Support the implementation of new systems, tools, or automation initiatives to improve accuracy and timeliness in
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Review finance processes on a regular basis to ensure compliance of established policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage company cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity
  • Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
  • Represent the finance operations team in cross-functional meetings and projects
  • Assist in any finance related projects
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
