Résumé du poste
A leading staffing services firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the upload process for Custom Permits and handle reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Accountancy and have 3-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel, is essential. This role offers an opportunity to engage with various departments and external vendors while supporting the finance team with various ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
- 3 – 4 years of hands-on experience in a related field.
- Able to start work ASAP.
Responsabilités
- Manage the upload process for Custom Permits across four entities.
- Conduct reconciliation tasks for discrepancies in e-SOA.
- Prepare and monitor invoices related to Scrap billing.
- Serve as a key point of contact for accounting operations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for HR and external vendors.
