We’re looking for a F2B Test Lead to:

• design, build and execute the delivery of a variety of testing requirements under F2B Digital organization
• develop detailed test plans and F2B test scenarios with corresponding test cases and test data; track & deliver to the plan
• design scenarios and test reconciliation for data migration type of testing requirements.
• mobilize and oversee the testing team to develop and execute test scenarios, conduct F2B platform testing and monitor defect resolution
• provide transparency of testing & reconciliations progress and drive the resolution of defects & issues
• coordinate test & recon results sign-off with SMEs / decision makers across the Business, Ops and IT

Your team:

You’ll be joining the team in Singapore in the F2B Digitalization Testing Team. Our team mission is to enable a successful Functional & Migration Readiness and ensure process automation, transparency and standardization of testing practices in the context of UBS project & program delivery.

Your expertise:

• at least 10 years of experience in large scale business and technical transformation programs in large international financial institutions
• very good knowledge about the wealth management business, especially investment advisory platforms & products
• experience in testing complex front-to-back wealth management business processes including downstream feeds into IB, Finance, Risk & Compliance functions
• proven track record in Data Migration, Reconciliations delivery and leading ETL (extract-transform-load) testing in the financial industry
• proficiency in using AI Agents to create, script (code) & run the test cases.
• working experience with Squash is an advantage
• experience in managing staff / vendors, in the capacity of matrix project manager / delivery manager
• able to build relationships and trust across a global organization
• highly driven and motivated with a can‑do attitude and hands‑on approach
