Job summary
A leading career services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The role includes responsibilities such as invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable support, and financial report preparation. Relevant experience in accounting operations is preferred. This full-time position offers a salary of up to $3,000, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:45 pm.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in accounting operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accurate data entry and invoice processing.
- Support accounts payable (AP) / accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform necessary financial reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Process employee claims and expense reimbursements efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and records.
- Provide support during audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Basic up $3000
- Mon- Fri, 8am - 5:45pm
- Woodlands area
