A company in Singapore is looking for an administrative support professional to perform general clerical and accounting functions. Responsibilities include maintaining records, filing invoices, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate must possess at least 'O' Level qualification, be bilingual in English and Mandarin, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MYOB. A positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
Updating and maintaining of records required
To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
Liaising with vendors / other departments when needed
Perform other Ad hoc duties assigned
