Power-Cam (S.E.A) Pte Ltd is looking for an Accounting & HR Executive to join our dynamic team in our Ubi Ave 1. This is a full-time position that has the prospect to Manager Position.

Finance & Accounting
  • Manage full set of accounts, AP & AR, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
  • Optimise management of cash flows, process payroll & employee claims, perform vendor payment and outstanding payments
  • Handle audit compliance and engage with external auditors for tax filling, AGM and other secretarial compliance
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
HR & Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls in English
  • Oversee Full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment processes
  • Recording of employees leave and welfares in line with MOM regulation
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in accounting or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Accounting and Human Resource supervision roles
  • Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and standard
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communicator, team player, meticulous, and independent
  • Having a supportive team culture within a small office environment
  • Able to join in a short noticewillbeaplus
