We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations for our overseas subsidiaries and provide financial support to the Directors. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, independent judgment, and the ability to manage cross-border financial matters in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain full sets of monthly accounts for overseas subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with overseas banks and business counterparts on financial transactions and account matters.
  • Review, record, and reconcile overseas internet sales, revenue, and inventory movements accurately and within reporting timelines.
  • Ensure financial data is updated, validated, and readily available in accounting systems for management reporting and decision-making.
  • Liaise with the local warehouse team to conduct weekly inventory monitoring and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of stock records.
  • Support management in accounting projects, process improvements, and financial analysis as assigned.
  • Perform other professional accounting and finance-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
