Job summary

A human resources and accounts service provider based in Singapore is seeking an HR cum Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support. This role involves maintaining employee records and handling payroll, alongside processing invoices and accounting duties. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in HR or related fields with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in HR and accounts support is preferred. The salary range is SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,500, and only Singaporeans may apply.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and maintain records of invoices and payments.
  • Support month-end documentation and filing.
