This role involves maintaining accurate accounts, performing reconciliations, and handling GST filings. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, has experience in property management, and is proficient in accounting software and Excel. Aufgaben
- Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping for multiple property portfolios.
- Manage and post Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) transactions.
- Prepare detailed Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and supporting schedules.
- Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Handle GST filings and submissions to relevant statutory boards.

- Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping for multiple property portfolios
- Manage and post Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) transactions
- Prepare detailed Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and supporting schedules
- Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
- Handle GST filings and submissions to relevant statutory boards in compliance with regulations
- Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support as assigned by the Finance Manager
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in property management or real estate accounting is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
