  • Prepare detailed Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and supporting schedules.
  • Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
  • Handle GST filings and submissions to relevant statutory boards.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping for multiple property portfolios
  • Manage and post Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) transactions
  • Prepare detailed Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and supporting schedules
  • Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
  • Handle GST filings and submissions to relevant statutory boards in compliance with regulations
  • Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support as assigned by the Finance Manager
