Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the bookkeeping function and preparation of full set accounts (preparation of cheques and payment vouchers, filing, etc)
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation
  • Assist with the monthly closing
  • Prepare the necessary schedules for audit purpose
  • Liaise with clients and auditor
  • Any other administrative duties assigned
We look for the following general qualities in the people we would like to be a member of our team:
  • Proficient in MS Office , MYOB, and other accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word with all those formulae and function. (ie Pivot table, etc)
  • Hand-on experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Team Player, good working attitude and be organized
  • Good English, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving, and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Must be process oriented, disciplined, and have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
  • Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with good sense of meeting deadlines.
  • Full-time position, Monday to Saturday (5.5-day work week)
