• Matching/processing invoices for payment and filing.
• Data entry and posting of supplier invoices & payments in the ERP system.
• Reconciliation of supplier’s statement of accounts.
• Assist in credit control areas.
• Prepare monthly GIRO/TT deductions.
• Liaise with suppliers & purchasers.
• Any ad hoc accounting duties.

Requirement

• GCE ‘O’/‘A’ levels with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Entry level are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidates are expected to have a good understanding of Accounting Principles.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
