Residence Officers (Concierge)
· Assist the Residence Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium.
· Comply with company’s quality assurance standards and expectations
· Provide a high level of service to residents at all times
· Attend to residents’ requests/enquiries/feedback
· Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium’s facilities and services
· Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
· Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
· Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures
· Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times
Requirements
· SHATEC or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level with work experience in customer service / front desk / concierge
· Friendly and passionate to serve with customer-oriented mindset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
· Team player
· Able to perform shift work (no mid-night shift)
