RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose of the role
  • Building Management & Maintenance / Regulatory Compliances
  • Team member / Stakeholder / Tenant / Vendor / Contractor management
  • Fire / Health / Workplace safety management
  • Others such as projects/undertaking new roles/duties assigned by management
  • Performing shift duty is required
Scope of the role

To deliver an efficient and effective building management and facility services in Campus

Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing the delivery of building management and facility services
  • Assist in executing the predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all building systems / facilities / equipment within Campus
  • Assist in managing all aspects of building function and functionality of the facilities/services
  • Assist in managing contractors/vendors to upkeep the building through regular/routine inspection/maintenance and all regulatory compliances
  • Assist in managing building occupant/tenant
QUALIFICATIONS
  • GCE "O" level, ITE, Diploma holder of any related field in Building Management/Maintenance
  • Possess working experience in building management/maintenance or related field will have an advantage
  • Possess working experience in managing Plumbing & Sanitary System will have an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of building statutory requirement
  • Workplace safety certification or Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) certification, BCA Green Mark related certification will have an advantage
