  • Prior working experience in managing healthcare facilities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Institution Lead and Group Facilities Management to establish clear accountability, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Lead the Fire Safety Team on operational matters, ensuring continuous compliance with fire safety requirements.
  • Oversight of daily inspections and prompt rectification of identified fire hazards.
  • Responsible for effective contract management of fire safety–related systems.
  • Involve in planning and conduct fire drills for building occupants.
  • Review infrastructure and building plans to ensure effective emergency response capabilities.
  • Support Emergency Preparedness functions in training programmes.
  • Providing guidance on fire safety matters to project managers and operational teams.

  • Work closely with the Institution Lead and Group Facilities Management to establish clear accountability, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Lead the Fire Safety Team on operational matters, ensuring continuous compliance with fire safety requirements outlined in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
  • Oversight of daily inspections and prompt rectification of identified fire hazards.
  • Responsible for effective contract management of fire safety–related systems, ensuring clear end‑to‑end compliance with regulatory authorities (e.g. SCDF) and organisational requirements.
  • Involve in the planning and conduct fire drills for building occupants, ensuring familiarity with evacuation routes, and providing training to the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) in first aid, fire‑fighting, and evacuation procedures during emergencies.
  • Review infrastructure and building plans to ensure they support resilient and effective emergency response capabilities.
  • Support Emergency Preparedness functions in the delivery of training programmes to strengthen organisational emergency readiness.
  • Support the testing and validation of the Emergency Response Plan.
  • Providing guidance and advisory support on fire safety matters to project managers and operational teams.
