The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the company's global banking relationships, negotiating and setting up credit facilities, and ensuring effective funding and liquidity across the group. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing bilateral banking relationships
2. Working on trade facilities and syndicated loans
3. Reviewing facility documentation with legal teams
4. Implementing robust financial controls

The role also involves close collaboration with departments like tax, compliance, and sustainability, while supporting the development of treasury systems and proposing innovative financing solutions to optimize working capital and reduce finance costs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7-10 years of experience in corporate treasury or banking
• Strong technical expertise in international corporate finance
• Familiarity with global treasury IT systems
• A relevant university degree and professional qualifications

Required qualities include high integrity, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, self-driven approach. Experience in the commodity trading sector is preferred. The candidate should be a strong team player capable of working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
