Job summary

A facilities management company based in Singapore seeks a Facilities / Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of a commercial building. Responsibilities include managing M&E systems, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and liaising with tenants on related matters. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in property management and strong vendor management skills. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial building facilities or property management.
• Good working knowledge of chillers and commercial HVAC systems.
• Familiar with statutory requirements for commercial buildings in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of commercial building M&E systems.
• Manage and supervise chiller and HVAC service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, MOM, NEA, and other authorities.
• Liaise with tenants on M&E and facilities-related matters.
• Assist in preparation and control of M&E-related OPEX budgets.
• Coordinate response to M&E faults, power interruptions, and air-conditioning issues.

Skills

Strong coordination and vendor management skills

Practical understanding of M&E systems in office/retail buildings

Able to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and management

Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple building issues

Education

Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management
