Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and lead team to manage activities pertaining to management and maintenance of common properties in HDB estates
Ensure compliance with all safety, building and statutory regulations
Manage budget control/planning and arrears
Work closely with Town Councilors, Residents, Grassroots Organisations and other relevant government agencies
Involve in Town Council meeting and committee meetings
Manage insurance claims relating to property damages
Requirements:
Degree in Building/Real Estate/Facility Management or related degree
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Preferably with experience in town council
Experience in estate management & managing township properties
Successful track record in Operations and Project matters
Strong Leadership & Customer Focus
Excellent communication skills
Team player with good problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
