Job summary

A leading resort operator in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to provide technical assistance across all business units. This role requires compliance with mechanical design and systems, along with management of improvement projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and have 5-10 years of experience in facility management within large commercial establishments. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of green mark certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in large commercial establishments.
• Strong background in operation, maintenance, engineering, and project management of building services.
• Possess strong knowledge on green mark certification on latest BCA requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance (Mechanical) to all business units.
• Review existing mechanical design and system enhancement work.
• Prepare scope of work, specifications, and tender documents.
• Ensure full and complete project documentation.
• Introduce new and latest technology to improve productivity.
