Job Summary
The Human Resource Executive supports day-to-day human resources operations and ensures smooth execution of HR processes. This role works closely with the Human Resource and Management team to manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain accurate records, and support employee engagement and office operations.
Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in managing employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, orientation, exit documentation)
- Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination
- Generate and handle letters such as but not limited to employee’s employment, confirmation, and memo documentation

Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with candidate communication and interview scheduling
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Propose ideas to improve hiring success and candidate conversion rates

Employee Relations, Engagement & Office Culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support employee engagement activities, team bonding events, and festive celebrations
- Coordinate office decorations for festive seasons and company events

Office & Facilities Support
- Order and manage pantry supplies for the showroom and office
- Liaise with vendors for office-related supplies and services
- Support general office operations to ensure a pleasant and well-maintained workplace

IT & Systems Support - Infotech
- Possess basic knowledge in information technology to support HR systems and office tools
- Assist in coordinating IT-related matters such as system access, basic troubleshooting, and user setup

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in HR reporting, data tracking, and audits when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Other Duties
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks related to HR and office operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Basic IT / systems knowledge (HR systems, office tools, user access)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and accountability
