We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to serve as a Personal Assistant, IT & Office Administrator. This role supports executive leadership, manages daily office operations, and provides basic IT support. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Assistant Duties
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure executive preparedness
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
IT Support & Systems Administration
  • Provide first-level IT troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated support and system upgrades
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates and backups
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff (e.g., email setup, access rights)
  • Support digital tools and platforms used across the organization
Office Administration
  • Oversee general office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Manage vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning, courier, maintenance)
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure document control compliance
  • Any Ad-hoc project task assigned by manager.
Requirements
