Job description

Finance Manager (Full Sets)

• Location : Woodlands (Bus nearby)
• Working hours : 5 days a week - 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + 14 days Annual Leave + AWS + Medical Claim
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturing & Trade of Engineered Plastic & Metal parts

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full sets of accounts including AP, AR, and General Ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking arrangements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST requirements, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
• Review and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Support costing analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Assist management with financial planning and decision-making
• Oversee HR and administrative functions, including factory facilities, office operations, PO reviews, payroll, and statutory submissions (CPF, MOM, IRAS)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Experience in manufacturing or operations-related industries is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
