• Participate in site walkthroughs and observe operations.
• Learn preventive maintenance routines.
• Support supervisor in logging tasks in CMMS.
• Review basic checklists and reporting procedures.
• Shadow technicians during fault rectification.
• Participate in basic fault diagnosis exercises.
• Observe contractor supervision and certification process.
• Attend meetings with contractors and project teams.
• Assist in reviewing minor cost estimates and job requests.
• Observe small A&A or ad-hoc project execution.
• Attend Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) training.
• Learn documentation, audit, and compliance processes.

Introduction to Core Trade & Site Systems

• Attend induction on Mechanical/Electrical/Building/Civil systems
