Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is searching for an accountant responsible for managing full sets of accounts, preparing financial reports, and liaising with auditors. The candidate must possess at least an O Level qualification and two years of relevant experience, preferably with a construction background. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask under pressure. Only Singaporeans are preferred. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Construction background is an added advantage.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Manage GST & CPF e-submission contributions.
• Prepare payroll and update employee files.
• Liaise with auditors during the financial year.
