Job summary

A foreign multinational corporation in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Management Executive to lead operations and ensure customer satisfaction. You will oversee MRP, manage suppliers, and mentor a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree related to supply chain, 3 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and ISO standards is a must. Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in purchasing or logistics in manufacturing, with 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Experience auditing and managing 3PL warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen implementation and familiarity with ISO standards.

Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and mentor a team of officers and staff to ensure seamless daily operations, strict adherence to delivery schedules, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP), stock replenishment, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Manage supplier contracts and order fulfillment.
  • Manage Third‑Party Logistics (3PL) providers, oversee warehouse operations, and coordinate facility/equipment maintenance.
  • Handle customer audits and complaints regarding logistics.
  • Proactively implement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and refine processes.
Requirements
  • A Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in purchasing or logistics within the manufacturing industry, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience auditing and managing 3PL warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (MCframe preferred).
  • Knowledge of Kaizen implementation.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9000, ISO14001, ISO45001) and IATF16949.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a reliable, independent work ethic.
