Job description

• Basic up to$ 7,000 per month + Completion bonus (1-month)
• Pasir Panjang
• 4 weekdays as assigned + 1 Saturday, 8.30am - 5.30pm/6.00pm
• 1-year contract

What you will be working on?

• Manage online gallery bookings (individual and group), maintain calendars, and coordinate docent deployment and logistics.
• Liaise with security and facilities teams to ensure smooth arrangements for group visits.
• Provide on-site visitor support, conduct walk-throughs to ensure safety, and assist during operating hours.
• Conduct guided tours when required and ensure gallery systems are ready before visits.
• Collect and analyse visitor feedback, footfall and demographic data post-visit.
• Supportpublicity efforts, special events, and other assigned operational duties.
