Trade Compliance Executive
Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate for a project management role focused on optimizing supply chain operations. The position requires strong analytical skills to drive improvement activities and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with SAP and trade compliance management is a plus. Qualifications

- Knowledge of trade compliance and regulatory management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure trade compliance and regulations are updated to achieve zero incidents.
- Develop reports/dashboards to improve SCM data visibility.
- Drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings.

- Ensure all trade compliance, regulations and chemical status are updated/followed to achieve zero incident
- Develop customized reports / dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility
- Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends
- Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time
- Ensure that all SCM regulations / processes / workflow are update to date
- Establish, implement and provide defined corporate compliance training, facilitate STC/BCP audit process in partnering regional management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics related.
- Minimum 2-3 years of project management, Supply Chain operations experience.
- Knowledge of trade compliance (STC), import/export and regulatory compliance management in ASEAN/Pakistan.
- Strong knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply and demand planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics.
- Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.
