Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure operations comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, qualification programmes, claims, and other quality-related activities.
- Act as the operations point-of-contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timelines and customer expectations are met.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs and process flow documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for internal staff and external partners when required.
- Work with the IT team on system improvements, integration, and testing for new projects.
- Provide daily operational support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain regional SOPs and ensure processes are consistently followed.
- Prepare operational and KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Serve as a communication hub between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Align processes across different operational teams to improve efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with the Operations Manager.
- Assist with ad-hoc quotations and special customer requests.
- Travel overseas when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics; air and ocean freight exposure preferred.
