A service provider in Singapore is seeking Full-Time & Part-Time Admin Assistants in the Operations Department. The role involves managing client queries, scheduling, and ensuring cleaning standards are met. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service, possess a minimum 'O' level education, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The position requires effective communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Admin Assistant (Operation Department) for daily operation to manage client / a pool of floater and cleaner queries, schedule and feedbacks …. etc . Must be details, good at follow up and good time management. Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.
FT: 6 Days - Must able to commit on Sat or Sun
PT: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend
7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm
