Job summary
A healthcare clinic in Yishun is seeking a Front Desk Executive to provide exceptional customer service and manage daily operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, handling appointments, and managing inquiries. The position offers a pleasant working environment, Monday to Friday schedule, and a salary of $2,300 to $2,500 monthly.

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our herbal clinic in Yishun. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and patients
- Handle appointment bookings, scheduling, and follow-up reminders
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Process customer registrations, payments, and receipts
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a pleasant clinic environment
- Support clinic operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with therapists/practitioners on daily appointments
- Handle basic data entry and documentation
- Prior customer service or reception experience preferred
- Pleasant, polite, and service-focused personality
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/booking systems)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Interest in wellness, TCM, or herbal therapies is a bonus
- Salary: $2,300 – $2,500
- Monday to Friday schedule (work‑life balance)
