Content & Engagement Executive
(1-Year Contract / Full-Time)
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Content & Engagement Executive to support patient engagement initiatives, content creation, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Content Writing
- Develop impact stories, features, and other narrative content for patient engagement platforms.
- Liaise with patient contributors to obtain required media consent and release forms.
- Write content for newsletters and engagement updates.
Survey & Data Management
- Convert patient surveys from Word documents into FormSG formats.
- Transcribe handwritten patient responses into Excel for analysis and monitoring.
- Collate responses from patient organisations and track individual contributions.
Creative Design
- Adapt and repurpose visual assets for social media posts.
- Design website thumbnails and promotional visuals.
- Create and edit videos for storytelling and outreach purposes.
- Develop eDMs, marketing materials, and other collaterals.
Administrative Support
- Draft dissemination emails and coordinate mass distribution using tools such as Postman.
- Support meeting and workshop logistics.
- Prepare documentation (e.g., AORs) and maintain required records.
- Provide general administrative and project support as assigned.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree in healthcare, social sciences, communications, or a related field; or equivalent knowledge gained through experience and training.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in content creation, engagement, communications, project support, or related areas.
Personal Characteristics & Skills
- Strong project management, time management, analytical and reporting skills.
- Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication with sensitivity when engaging diverse audiences.
- Proven experience producing written and/or visual content in plain English for lay audiences.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
