We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant/Officer to support our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, monitor and follow up on Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with Customers and Principals on order status
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate with relevant parties and team members to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
  • Prepare Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices and relevant shipping documents
  • Any other administration duties
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage
Requirements
  • 0/A Level or Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year's working experience.
  • Entry-level candidates will be considered
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written and/or Spoken Chinese (to understand and handle Chinese language-related documents and to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts for business purposes)
  • Proficient with Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-driven and service-oriented.
  • Pro-active, highly organised, meticulous and must be a good team player.
