Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive & Admin to manage both HR and general administrative operations. The role focuses on recruitment, work pass applications, payroll processing, and day‑to‑day office operations, while also providing direct support to the Director in coordinating HR and business matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through MOM systems.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory filings such as IR8A and IR21.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support general office administration, including procurement, vendor coordination, record keeping, and logistics arrangements.
  • Provide direct assistance to the Director in HR, operations, and administrative coordination.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR or employment agency operations.
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic/KAH) is preferred.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
