Job summary
A leading manufacturer in Singapore seeks a Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing, supplier liaising, and evaluation. Candidates should have an engineering background, able to read 2D and 3D drawings, and experience with global ecommerce platforms. The position offers a salary of up to $3k and is located near Kaki Bukit.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to read 2D and 3D drawings.
- Well versed in ecommerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing of products and parts.
- Prepare and submit enquiries for quotations.
- Liaise with logistics and suppliers on delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
- Handle supplier-related purchase issues.

Education
Our client is a leading Singaporean manufacturer of industrial support equipment using patented technologies. Due to expansion, they are looking for Purchasing Executive with engineering background and able to read 2D and 3D drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of products and parts
- Prepare and submit enquiries to suppliers for quotation
- Liaise with in-house logistics and suppliers on delivery
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance
- Liaise with supplier on any issues related to purchases and goods
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering or product design
- Ability to comprehend 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings
- Well versed in navigating global ecommerce supply platforms such as alibaba, taobao, tianmao, amazon e.t.c.
Additional Information:
- Salary budget of up to $3k
- Work Location near Kaki Bukit
