Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to support our team leaders in managing application solution implementation and handling change requests. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and troubleshooting operational issues. This position requires a strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and system architecture, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support SDLC: Assist IT team leaders throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure smooth execution from planning to deployment.
  • Business and Functional Requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with IT Team: Work closely with IT team leaders to translate business needs into actionable solutions, and collaborate with external vendors.
  • Gap Analysis & Process Improvements: Conduct gap analysis and propose recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Testing & UAT Facilitation: Conduct IT testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of business objectives with IT solutions.
  • Support Upgrades & Integrations: Assist in system upgrades and integrations by assessing user needs and system capabilities.
  • Helpdesk & Troubleshooting: Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting IT-related issues for end-users to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Service Requests Monitoring: Monitor and respond to IT service requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with outsourced vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Educational Background: Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT and project management.
  • Salesforce CRM Support: Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service CRM, Experience Cloud) will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, system architecture, and IT-related terminologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver solutions effectively.
