A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in Singapore. The role involves defining agile planning strategies, leading transformation projects, and managing a team while ensuring operational excellence and strong stakeholder engagement. Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience in Demand & Supply operations and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Contribute to define, write and update planning norms and processes
• Ensure Demand fundamentals are deployed, monitor the results through audits and assessment
• Animate , Educate and Upskill to the O+O strategy for the planning community across the region.
• Ensure service and Global Performance Management and work on optimization to improve anticipation .
• Work closely and hand in with the central teams in NOE for updating Best Practices, trainings and all group tools roll out for the domains of planning and contribute share of voice to Next Gen Planning
• Define and challenge the performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement
• Build the frame of activity and investment in scope(budget, 3 years plan) for countries within the zone.
• Be the gatekeeper for implementation of norms and process in alignment with central operations.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 years of strong operational experience preferably in Demand & Supply operations management with exposure to systems & tools.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage both direct and indirect matrix resources.
• Proactive self starter and excellent stakeholder management.
• Good Network across Supply chain landscape in business, customers and central teams
• Strong operational excellence, agility, and customer orientation to foster a demand-driven supply chain with service as a priority .
• Highly organized, structured, capacity to formalize norms, processes, specifications
• Understanding of IT, capacity to adapt to different interlocutors from IT to Business
• Ability to integrate external regulations and manage and control risks while taking into consideration the quality, Internal controls , Finance & Supply Chain standards
• Strong data integrator with good analytical capabilities and expertise to leverage business data for continuous improvement
• Good management and mastering of costs along the Supply Chain
• Anticipates business activity and acts proactively
