Key Responsibilities:
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and traditional platforms.
Collaborate with performance marketing agencies to optimise paid media, ensuring ROI and alignment with campaign objectives.
Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Manage the marketing calendar and ensure the timely rollout of campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure consistency across brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Identify and support partnership and collaboration opportunities to enhance brand reach.
Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to produce content and materials.
Support visual merchandising, retail activations, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, CRM, and operations teams.
Requirements:
5-7 years of marketing experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or retail industries.
Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
