Job Summary

Sales Manager is responsible for expanding products and services marine products and solutions to clients. The role involves providing sales consultation, preparing proposals, and building relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. The position requires a deep understanding of marine products and applications, as well as strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development
    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base in the marine industry.
    Identify and qualify new business opportunities and target accounts.
    Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technical sales support.
    Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and address inquiries.
  3. Ecommerce and Support
    Provide clients with product expertise on marine products, including machinery, equipment, and related solutions.
    Ecommerce proposals and outreach based on clients’ technical requirements.
    Assist clients in the selection and application of products to meet their operational needs.
  4. Project and Solution Management
    Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure proper execution of client projects.
    Oversee the installation and commissioning process to meet client expectations and industry standards.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting
    Track and analyze sales performance, trends, and revenue growth.
    Prepare regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  6. Product and Market Knowledge
    Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of marine products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Attend industry events, conferences, and training to stay updated on emerging technologies.
