Job summary

A leading training firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to conduct technical training and ensure customer satisfaction. You will have responsibilities in diagnosing technical problems and participating in improvement projects. A background in electrical or electronic fields and experience in a cleanroom environment are preferred. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Electrical/electronic background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts technical training in both classroom lecture and practical scenarios.
  • Ability to relate experience to training.
  • Ability to follow closely to the training curriculum.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • May participate in projects to improve training.
  • Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area.
  • At times, may assist in planning, assists managers and seniors as needed.
  • Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred
Functional Knowledge
  • Has knowledge of working in cleanroom environment.
  • Has some electrical/electronic background e.g multimeter usage
  • Attention to details is a plus.
  • Have initiatives mindset for improvements is a plus.

  • Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline
  • Assumes responsibility for full customer satisfaction assuring excellent relations within assigned area

  • Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload

  • Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
