Job summary
A leading testing and inspection firm in Singapore seeks a professional to manage project document control. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the marine or offshore industry, and possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include ensuring documentation accuracy, tracking submissions, and preparing reports. Proficient Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in marine/offshore industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong organizational skills for documentation control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage project documents control management.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all project documentation.
- Develop and update document control systems and procedures.
- Prepare reports on document control status.
- Track document submissions and approvals.
Skills
- Responsible for Project Documents Control Management
- Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy & quality.
- Develop maintain, and update document control systems and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on document control status and activities.
- Track and monitor the progress of document submissions and approvals
- Working closely with the Project Engineer and actively liaise with production department Project Management Department/ Owner/ Class & Regulatory Bodies as required to process documentation flow and delivery.
- Undertake any other ad hoc project/duties assigned.
- Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents
- Responsible for fall inventory of documentation & it's easy retrieval.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of records, updating where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure compliance of all documentation.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in marme/ offshore industry
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization skill on documentation control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skill
- Able to work independently
